(1998) and is considered to be an international expert on the integration of emotional intelligence and leadership development. As a coach and trainer with 20 years of experience working with leaders and organizations, he has had the privilege of working globally. Our research found two characteristics of societal emotional intelligence are more likely to foster social entrepreneurship: eudaimonic well-being and sociability. Social entrepreneurship, as previously mentioned, leads to innovation that addresses social issues.
