FREE WEBINAR FRIDAY, MARCH 10TH 10AM PACIFIC

International Women’s Day is a day dedicated to honouring women and promoting women’s rights. It is a day to reflect on the global epidemics that have unevenly affected girls and women – gender-based violence, reproductive rights, poverty, homelessness and hunger.

Jill Cory, presenter, coach and author of the book, When Love Hurts: A woman’s guide to understanding abuse in relationships, will share her knowledge and experience about common misperceptions about abuse in relationships, as well as share a model that will deepen your understanding of the dynamics of abuse. She will share the voices of women around the province of British Columbia as they describe the impacts of abuse and offer steps that you can take to support your clients, workplaces and communities to respond in a supportive, women-centred way.
