Emotional Intelligence: what learning and development professionals need to know

David Cory is the founder of The Emotional Intelligence Training Company leadership development coach, trainer, and consultant whose work is based on emotional intelligence, as he guides you on an interactive examination of the topic and provides tools you can use right away in your work. The session will include small and large group discussion, a flip-chart exercise and work in dyads. The model of Emotional Intelligence David will review is the one used by leading organizations world-wide including Google, Nike, Amazon, and many, many more.
