Review: EQ-i 2.0 Certification course by EITC

Adriana Frazier speaks on EITC’s EQ-i 2.0 Certification course.

“Thank you, David and Mike, for such a foundational week of EQ-i for everything we’ve learned this week. It was so impactful, such an impactful learning experience. And thank you to the group and everybody that I’ve met in this group. Everybody was great to work with in the triads. It didn’t even feel like practicing at times. Because it felt like we were facilitating and actually putting what we were learning to do the real thing. A key takeaway I learned was of course the costs and benefits of high and low scores. Scores, I say very loosely because it’s not a test, I keep telling myself. And then I guess my favourite thing that I’m learning is about the EQ 360, that resonated with me, is that when that’s facilitated it can make someone look introspectively and learn that they’re being too critical about how they see themselves in leadership, you know. I think I’m going to take that with me as I facilitate and, it will really help people, I think, to not be so harsh on themselves in that way.”
